Asal, Treatment Coordinator & Billing Manager
Originally from Tehran, Asal absolutely loves her job since it allows her to play a key role in helping patients get the treatments they need and understand the entire process to achieve a healthier smile. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide them every step of the way, and she also enjoys working with billing and claims for insurance to make their experience stress-free. Her skills also involve claims management, insurance verification, coordinating treatment, hygiene appointments, and scheduling—allowing her to be a great asset to her team.
At home, Asal has a wonderful daughter and supportive husband, and they enjoy spending time together traveling, shopping, or even working out. Her family is very important to her and she loves to spread as much positivity to others around her as she can. She also takes pride in being super organized in everything she does.
Emily, Marketing Lead
Emily hails from Wylie, TX, and she loves being able to help fulfill patients’ needs while making sure they leave with a smile. Over the years, she’s gained experience in various areas, including front desk coordinator, treatment plan coordinator, and billing specialist.
Away from the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her siblings as well as hanging out with her two dogs and cat. She likes to sing, play volleyball and pickleball, and go out with friends on the weekend. Karaoke is one of her favorite things to do!
Hadeel, Dental Assistant/Veneers Coordinator
With close to a decade of experience in the dental field, Hadeel enjoys constantly learning about dentistry and likes being exposed to new tools, techniques, and procedures every day. She also loves helping patients feel more comfortable coming to the dentist and seeing their happy faces and satisfaction after completing a smile makeover.
Hadeel studied at the Modern University for Technology and Information in Egypt. She is currently studying to become a dentist in Egypt! Away from the office, she enjoys being with her siblings and her bird. Her hobbies involve reading, drawing, and painting.
Lis, Lead Assistant
Originally from Cuba, Lis attended college in Spain and has a dental background as a Registered Dental Assistant, having certifications in coronal polishing and application of pit and fissure sealants. The best part of her job is getting to help patients feel comfortable by easing their anxieties and seeing them leave with an amazing smile. Seeing a nervous patient become happy and confident is incredibly rewarding for her.
Outside of the office, Lis enjoys spending time with her friends and family as much as possible. Her whole family also worked in dentistry in Cuba. Her hobbies involve reading, taking naps, traveling, watching movies, and being with loved ones. She’s also a major coffee lover!
Luz, Dental Assistant
Luz originates from Lewisville and she studied at Plano Dental Assisting School right out of high school. She is now attending Dallas College to go to Dental Hygiene School. Her favorite thing about her job is working with accepting and helpful coworkers while helping patients achieve the smiles they deserve. Having the opportunity to learn something new every day and growing in her career is very fulfilling.
Luz spends much of her time outside of the office with her family and her dog named Oso. Other than being with loved ones, she also enjoys listening to music and reading books when she has the chance. One interesting fact about her is that she has a really large collection of makeup and perfumes.
Mais, Scheduling Coordinator & Specialist Liaison
With close to half a decade of experience and counting, Mais enjoys helping patients attain a new smile that they can be proud of. Originally from Baghdad, she studied at Western Governor University and obtained a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management in Science. You can find her helping around the office ensuring that our practice runs smoothly.
Aside from dentistry, Mais loves spending time with her family and loved ones. She also enjoys reading about astrology—which she started growing passionate about when she was 15 years old—and tarot, hiking, and dancing.
